Leeds-based Cascade HR – one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fully integrated HR and payroll software – has appointed a new commercial director.
Jayne Clarke has more than 20 years’ experience spanning sales, marketing, brand evolution, management planning and strategic business development. She joins Cascade from the team’s parent company IRIS Software Group, where the last five years of her career were spent doubling the size of the payroll software division.
Jayne’s new role will see her supporting the organisation’s continued strategic expansion, and the development of Cascade’s authoritative voice in an industry which increasingly relies on the team’s expertise, advice and technological foresight.
Commenting on what attracted her to the role, Jayne said:

A key element of Jayne’s role will be to drive operational efficiencies and further strengthen the commercial robustness of the business, for the benefit of clients and Cascade alike. She elaborates:

Jayne’s appointment comes hot on the heels of Oliver Shaw being announced as Cascade’s new Chief Executive Officer. Commenting on Jayne’s arrival, Oliver said: “Having worked with Jayne before I have first-hand knowledge of the energy she brings to a team. Her strategic foresight is second to none, and she is well equipped to grow the business with utmost consideration for Cascade’s clients and her colleagues.
