Keynote Speech: Resilience Strategies for COVID-19 and Beyond

While some people are naturally more resilient than others, resilience is a totally learnable mindset. In fact, the resilient mindset embodies a suite of mental strategies that are easy to understand. Once grasped, these strategies can be embraced and practised until they become second nature. For example, the more readily we can accept a situation, the quicker we can learn to adapt to it. Appreciation for what we have opens the door for spotting the silver lining that even the darkest cloud will have.

Richard McCann motivates and inspires others by sharing his own incredibly powerful story of resilience. This practical session gives people the chance to experience the transformative power of acceptance, adaptability, and appreciation along with many other resilience strategies.
